Current Services

Over the next several years to round out 4 decades of service and treatment, Dr. Steve Tutty is now offering two services to the public and the court system:

1) Comprehensive Educational and Neuropsychological Evaluations

- Evidence-based evaluations designed to identify strengths, challenges, and meaningful accommodations for children and adolescents

  • Every evaluation begins with a deep understanding of your child’s unique developmental pathway
  • Grounded in evidence-based research to maximize your child’s gains
  • We use validated testing instruments recognized across clinical and educational settings
  • Not just where they struggle — but how to launch their strengths
  • Reports are written to be actionable across settings—home, school, and clinical care

2) Personal Injury Neuropsychological Evaluations

- Our approach establishes your client’s pre-injury baseline of how they were functioning, the proximate cause and impact of the injury in question, why their symptoms are continuing, and how best to remediate them.

  • Plaintiff’s functioning before the event, severity of distress likely to be engendered by the event, areas of resiliency and impairment after the event, likely causes of psychological functioning, plaintiff’s future status and need for care
  • All interpretations are grounded in peer-reviewed research and standardized assessment protocols
  • Each personal injury evaluation is designed to avoid bias, which helps one better understand the true nexus between injury and disability
  • Extensive experience in conducting neuropsychological evaluations in personal injury litigation (535+), suffering from TBIs, workplace/school injuries, and toxin exposure
  • One of our core aims is to provide your legal team with the evidence-based treatment pathways that hold the best potential in regaining what you lost
